Policies, Procedures and Disclaimer
Dealers: WE DO NOT SELL RETAIL. We sell only to motorcycle businesses (licensed, established, commercial places of business). We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account not meeting our requirements.
Terms: All orders will be shipped C.O.D. (certified check) unless you have been approved for terms prior to your order. The C.O.D. charge on UPS shipments is $8.50 per shipment. To apply for terms you must fill out our credit application and allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
Returned checks and refused shipments: All returned checks will result in a $25.00 processing charge. All refusals will be subject to pay all freight incurred by refusal. All orders over $250.00 will incur a 3% restocking fee as well.
Freight: All freight will be customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon between DBII Outlet and customer.
Backorders: All backorders will be automatically shipped when available unless you indicate, “NO BACKORDERS” on your Purchase Order.
Prices: We reserve the right to increase prices if we receive cost increases. This applies to all orders. If there is a cost increase, DBII Outlet will contact you and provide the information prior to shipping.
Damaged shipments and or shortages: Sign only for the number of packages received. Indicate, “DAMAGED” on the bill of laden when you sign for goods. Keep the shipping carton, hold the goods, and notify DBII Outlet immediately. Any damages in shipping must be reported within 3 days of receiving goods. All shortages must be reported to DBII Outlet on the date of receipt. Review your invoice and contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy.
Merchandise returns: DBII Outlet will not accept any returns without an RMA (return material authorization). Contact your representative and request your RMA number. You will need the following information to request an RMA, The Part that is incorrect or damaged, a description of the problem and the original invoice and its number. Place RMA number on the top of the box and be sure that your box(s) are returned with a copy of the invoice and there original packaging(ie foam cushioning, bubble wrap, etc). All returns will be inspected upon return for determination of credit. If merchandise is determined to be defective by DBII Outlet, we will replace or issue credit. If we determine any damage to be at fault of the builder, installer, customer, we will notify you and we will return your merchandise back to you freight collect.
Improper care or misuse: DBII Outlet shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the Goods have been modified by any person or organization, or where the Goods become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of the Goods.
DB II Outlet is not a representative of any motorcycle manufacturer and the parts we sell are not necessarily recommended by any motorcycle manufacturer. Any words used on this web site denoting any motorcycle manufacturer, model or models, or motorcycles or part numbers are intended for use as reference only. Although our replacement parts are not original factory equipment, our intention is to provide quality replacement parts that meet or exceed standards set by the manufacturer.
