The Original Boardtrack Platform Frame- Our single cradle design and low slung weight distribution allows for incredible lean angles and an insanely fun ride. Motor weight is pushed forward to aid aggressive dive into corners while a center-lined drivetrain will give perfect balance and lean symmetry. The Boardtrack frame will accommodate any V-twin Harley EVO style motor from 124-cu inches and lower. Earlier motors can be accommodated as well; such as 37-48 Flatheads, 36-47 Knuckleheads, 48-65 Panheads as well as 4 speed boxes with the U.S. Choppers Universal Mount Kit- sorry no Shovelheads. Rear tires sizes can range from 160 16" to 90/90 21" as well as the new 23" wheels. We recommend running a 21" front end (measured from center axle to bottom crown) for 16" rear wheels and a 19" or "FL stock length" front end for all other wheel sizes and combinations. Use of a 3/4" offset transmission sprocket will allow you to run the full range of tire sizes with a flat chain sprocket and modern disc hub. This frame can also handle star hub wheels and stock drum set with the use of a custom 5/8" axle, 5/8" eccentrics and brake stay. This frame has a 30 degree neck angle and rear axle eccentrics which can allow for chain adjustment, front to rear positioning, and a 1 inch adjustment to ride height (up/down) for altered trail adjustments. All summed up, one incredibly sexy and lethal ride that actually handles! We recommend running mid-controls with this chassis design to utilize it's engineering to the fullest, however U.S. Choppers also offers a forward control adapter option. Frames come complete with MSO, internal fork stop kit, rear axle, rear axle eccentrics, and (2) lower "boomerang" pieces.
Custom Gas Tanks and fenders also available as well as special requests.

Boardtrack Platform Spec Sheet
The "No1" bike (black boardtracker from World Championships) has a 90/90/21" both front and rear.... we designed the frame to hold 16" to 23" rear wheels.... anywhere from a skinny 90/90 tire to 160 width (5 1/2 inches) or wide stock tires.

Our Boardtrack Platforms have a centerlined drivetrain for balance and lean symmetry; we require the use of an offset spacer at the motor/ primary juncture and the use of an offset tranny sprocket coupled to a standard width rear billet hub with flat sprocket.
Brakes:
All style brakes can be employed and provisioned for by special order. We can also run stock drum brakes and old style "star hub" wheels.
Axles:
Both front and rear axles are 3/4" standard axles.
Rear axle eccentrics allow for 1" deviation in ride height, 2 degrees in rake, and fore and aft chain adjustment. Dial the ride in to suit individual rider needs.
* Forward control adapter kits are available
* 4 speed and early motor adapter plates are also available
